How to apply?
We follow this process to hire an individual for the role.
Step 1
Application & Shortlisting
As per the position submit your updated resume. We assure you hear back from us shortly. If you meet our requirements, we'll reach out to you earliest for the initial call.
Step 2
Interview
1st round of interviews will be conducted by someone from the team for the position you're applying for to see if you're the right fit. 2nd round of interviews will be scheduled with Level 3/Level 4 Managers of our company to check on the technical part. The final Interview is the HR round where we primarily check experience, eagerness to learn, career goals and if you're culturally fit for our team.
Step 3
Job Offer & Onboarding
The HR team will update you with the final result. If you've landed the job, the job offer will be shared from our side soon. Once you acknowledge and accept our offer, the team will help you with the onboarding process and get you to settle.
