In India, the logistic industry is one of the scattered markets where tracking journeys and optimizing the records manually is difficult. Traditionally managing records of the complete system were not possible through spreadsheets. The company lacked a secure and scalable platform to manage and store logistic system information. They needed an efficient and transparent digitally equipped system to track, manage, and optimize resources. In this technology-driven world, they asked FibonaLabs to improve the agility and scalability of the company with a robust and digital logistic system.

Our team discovers the requirements and future goals of the company by interviewing stakeholders and users to get deep knowledge about the transportation system. Reviewing the industry in depth, we got an idea about the scattered operations and struggle to extract & manage the details of truck drivers and other employees.

We were able to define the persona and user case studies. This involves the truck drivers who are not tech-savvy, warehouse managers, and delivery managers. After designing the user journey, our experts ensured the users and trackers will get a clear vision about the timely shipments of goods and optimize data for future deliveries.

To give a smooth and transparent interaction between various assets of the company, we started designing the app and platform.

As the company deals in various cities with truck drivers and warehouse managers we used React JS library for the front end development so that the company gets a fast, easy and simple user interface.

We used the scrum agile framework to develop a digital system that provides a proficient way to manage the records of the trucks.

To streamline the accounts and information, we created intelligent business dashboards to provide real time visibility of data and reporting.
